The Warren Township Trustees, collectively referred to as "The Board" is the elected legislative body of the township. At the beginning of every year, the Trustees elect a Chairman of The Board, who presides over meetings. The current chairman is Trustee Edward Anthony.

The board meets in regular session on the last Tuesday of the month to conduct township meetings, but also often meets in special session to discuss specific items of importance. All meetings are open to the public.
