PUBLIC NOTICE
WARREN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
Notice is hereby given that the Warren Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on an application for a variance filed by the property owner(s) of 5932 Eagle Creek. The applicant is requesting a variance from the setback requirements of Section 12, Paragraph 1, and Section 14, Paragraph 1 of the Warren Township Zoning Resolution.

Location: Warren Township Administration Building (3765 W. Market Street, Leavittsburg, OH 44430)
At the hearing, any interested person may appear and be heard, either in person or by Attorney, and may present testimony and evidence for or against the application.
The application and related materials are available for inspection prior to the hearing by contacting the Zoning Inspector during normal business hours.
